“Such a lovely peaceful place ”

“We were celebrating my mother in laws 80th birthday and this house was in a centralized location for us to meet. The house was clean, roomy and included all the extras that may be forgotten while traveling. The pool table, foosball table and shuffleboard table were used every day! The view was gorgeous. I would highly recommend this place for any family.”

“12 women from one family gathered for a few days away from home and work and kids. We all want to stay in one home where there were enough space for everyone to have their own bed, but was open to sharing rooms. This place was the perfect answer.The large living space, accommodated, social gathering, dining, drinking and even karaoke. There’s a separate room with the pool table and even another room with a game table. Although it was a typically icy in Nashville (Hendersonville) the outside……

“Everything was perfect until the last day when the gate for entrance/exiting was broken. And no maintenance person could be found !! Dragging our luggage and groceries out of the area, up a steep incline is NOT fun!!! Poor, poor planning on the part of the HOA.”

“I was impressed at some of the little touches the home owner made a point for us to have on our stay such as the log in the fireplace and some wood for the outside pit. Also the owner touched base upon our arrival to ensure we were all set for our stay. Very thoughtful hosts. Everything else met or exceeded our expectations. “Cute cabin. We enjoyed watching the deer with our morning coffee!”

“This property is full of so much history. You can see and feel it the moment that you pull in. Unfortunately for me, it rained for about 1/2 of the time we stayed at the property; fortunately for me, there were plenty of covered porches and areas for my large family to gather and sit outside. The co-hosts were friendly and communicated well with me prior to arrival and were available throughout our stay if we needed anything. I’d definitely recommend this property to family and friends if……

“Our stay at the cabin was cozy, romantic, and wonderful! We had an amazing view outside the cabin. We actually were able to see a bald eagle up close in person. This is a nice place to be on our honeymoon! ”

“The location was great. The cabin is super cute and clean. The yard behind the cabin was very woodsy and fun to take pictures in. Two areas of improvement are noted. We rented the cabin based on the fact that we wanted a girls weekend and a getaway. The hot tub was part of the getaway. We looked specifically for a cabin that had a hot tub. “Located on 185 acres. Very quiet & secluded adjacent to the Caney Fork River. There is a large house close to the property that can hold a rather large group of people. We were there prior to the Thanksgiving holiday & it was very peaceful until the night before Thanksgiving. 5 car loads of people. Smuch ”

“It was not sitting as noted in the pictures, I understand because of mud but that was a long time ago, it’s very dry there now. It wasn’t stabilized well, it shook if we moved. Otherwise things were good, nice n clean , could have better towels and no dish towels. We enjoyed it. Thank you”
