“We were celebrating my mother in laws 80th birthday and this house was in a centralized location for us to meet. The house was clean, roomy and included all the extras that may be forgotten while traveling. The pool table, foosball table and shuffleboard table were used every day! The view was gorgeous. I would highly recommend this place for any family.”

“12 women from one family gathered for a few days away from home and work and kids. We all want to stay in one home where there were enough space for everyone to have their own bed, but was open to sharing rooms. This place was the perfect answer.The large living space, accommodated, social gathering, dining, drinking and even karaoke. “What an incredible place! Private, but close to downtown Nashville. Loved the pool/hot tub/cabana, incredible for entertaining! We really enjoyed the video game room and the casino games, felt like Vegas. Everything was accurate in the listing and pictures do a good job of representing. Kitchen is well stocked and had everyone needed. The only thing that should have been disclosed is that one of the owners lives on site, not an issue nor was it intrusive, but we were surprised not knowing. Would……

“I was impressed at some of the little touches the home owner made a point for us to have on our stay such as the log in the fireplace and some wood for the outside pit. Also the owner touched base upon our arrival to ensure we were all set for our stay. Very thoughtful hosts. Everything else met or exceeded our expectations. Was the perfect holiday getaway for our family. ”

“This property is full of so much history. You can see and feel it the moment that you pull in. Unfortunately for me, it rained for about 1/2 of the time we stayed at the property; fortunately for me, there were plenty of covered porches and areas for my large family to gather and sit outside. The co-hosts were friendly and communicated well with me prior to arrival and were available throughout our stay if we needed anything.
