“Loved this cozy carriage house! Pics are 100% accurate. Neighborhood is fabulous- quick walk to coffee spots, bars, restaurants, shopping. Easy access to main roads to get everywhere in Nashville. Reserved parking spot is great. Bed & furniture was all very comfortable. TV worked well and it was easy to sign into our own YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon accounts. No problems with wifi. We only used sink and Keurig coffee maker, but all other kitchen appliances seemed to be new and functioning……

“My best friend & I stayed (2) nights leading into New Year’s Eve. It was the PERFECT location. So glad we chose here instead of a hotel. Downtown is only a short drive away. The experience, scenery & environment were amazing. It truly gave the feel of being in the country & was so peaceful & quiet and such a great experience. The property is beautiful, we wish we had more time. The pictures just don’t do it justice, for the property or rental. The inside was very clean & super cute. We did come……

“The property was clean, conveniently located to person we were visited, and mostly comfortable. Only 2 comments: 1) The air conditioner/heater fan is very loud and can't be turned down unless temperature is lowered. 2) The bedside lamps have a solid cover, which prevents enough light for reading in bed. ”

“Our family and I stayed in Nashville for a few days and this was a great place to be! Very convenient location and the hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with. ”

“I spent 12 nights in this very clean and beautiful apartment in February. My 90 year old mom was a patient at Vanderbilt University Hospital and this studio is an easy and safe 1/2 mile walk to the hospital. The bed was very comfortable. The linens and towels were great quality - so many rentals skimp on these items - not here! The kitchen was extremely clean. I cooked breakfast there every morning. There is a Kroger's about .3 of mile away. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, kitchen……

“The hotel is very beautiful and clean. Adequate space for our family. I didn't realize that there was no kitchen while booking. It was my mistake. The door was not locking from inside. I informed the manager. Hopefully, it has been taken care of. Otherwise, there was no problem at all.”
