“This property is ideal for any event at the surrounding colleges and universities because of the location, but don’t delay booking because it fills quickly. The host responded to our emails within 24 hours prior to our stay and responded within 30 minutes during our stay. We need to reach out to them once during our stay and received an email plus a phone call to ensure they were able to answer our question. This was a very nice personal touch! “Hosts were late getting us the code to get in so we had to ask for it and kill time until we heard back. There was no temperature balance. It was either super hot or freezing! The stairs caught us by surprise being as steep as they were with small children! But overall it was a good stay! ”
