“Condo has been nicely updated. However only on space per condo for parking and they are not marked. We came home early New Years Eve and all spots were taken. Luckily we knew others on island and could park at their house and walk but was definitely an inconvenience. Their are 4 condors and room for 5 cars- all were taken ”

“This house was lovely and had lots of space! A lot of extras like the kayaks, canoe, beach chairs/towels, and cooler were put to good use and saved room while packing, since we flew.We stayed for almost 2 weeks and did some cooking in, so for that, I think the kitchen could have used a few more things. We celebrated a birthday while there and would have loved a 9x13 pan and mixer to make a cake, but overall, got by with what was available. I would definitely recommend this place. We spent……

“Quiet area and great little houses. Rented the margarita and was not disappointed. At one point our door lock failed and the manager was there within a few minutes to fix it. Would stay again!”

“Had a great stay in Florida! The house was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable for a family to stay at. The house had everything we needed, even an outdoor grill to use. The pool and hot tub were very nice to relax in. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Klaus, the property manager was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. ”

“Paradise Cove met all our expectations. There was plenty of room for a group of ten to be together and also to spread out. The home was attractive and well cared for. The pool and game room were great places to gather and spend time together. A wonderful place for our three families to meet and spend time together as we explored the Cape Coral area.”

“Awesome condo along the canal with kayaks. Host is very responsive. Location is great, just minutes from the beach. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of service while we were there. We did a lot of cooking at the condo and would have liked for seasonings and oil to be stocked. We stayed at a VRBO last Christmas that had all the basics stocked so maybe we were just spoiled. Floors and couches were a little dirty. Overall though very comfortable and functional. It was nice to have lots of parking……
