“Excellent property and our room was great. Communication with resort Harbour properties was excellent. The Marriott restaurant service was not great we waited over 30 mins for a drink. But the pools and beach were amazing. ”

“It was a great place to stay, but the power went out twice while we were there. I understand that the property managers were not in control, but we would have appreciated some compensation for that. The one night that the power was out, it was out for 5 hours and we were not able to make dinner. Food went to waste. Also, we would have appreciated a couple beach chairs to use. “We loved this condo, it was so clean and all furnishings are new and coastal theme! The view is gorgeous! Flippers being right in the parking lot was great to have dinner so close by. Only drawback is we thought we would have beach access for morning walks. There is not access. We walked through some rough terrain to get to the beach and then we could walk the beach. The traffic getting off the island is very bad especially at dinner time. Allow extra time for dinner anywhere. But over a very……

“We loved our stay at this beautifully redone condo, which sits on the ground level right next to the beach. It is furnished with everything you need (beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, wagon for toting stuff, etc.). The views are fantastic! We saw dolphins nearly every day. The pool is large for Sanibel properties and the temperature was just right for our February stay. The owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. Don't hestitate...book it today! ”

“First of, the condo is still under construction as stated by owner. The pool is not operable and not sure about the other amenities which i did not use. When I first arrived getting in was a bit confusing since the parkings main entrance for our building was closed due to construction. The only entrance was down by the first 5500 building and Bonita beach road street which was a long way around but not too bad. Apartment is a bit old but very nicely decorated can’t really complain for the price.……
