“The place was very clean. The view was better than what the pictures can show. If you watch the water, you'll see wildlife. Dolphins, manatee, stingray jumping out of the water. We could see the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. We would definitely stay there again. ”

However, the kitchen amenities were not as stated in the listing as "a fully equipped kitchen." It was missing basics, like salt and pepper. Only one dishwasher pod was provided, and so there were dirty dishes upon our arrival that we needed to clean prior to eating from them. There was only one dish towel, and no drying rack, so the dish towel……

No complaints!One thing that I would warn about is that unlike many other Vrbo rentals, this pace doesn’t supply you with basics at the same level: you get 2 dishwashing packets in your welcome kit, no salt\pepper/etc.. not that it’s a bad thing (I actually prefer it with food items), but something to be aware of, so that when you go to cook your breakfast morning after arrival, and find that……

“This was a great homebase for our family to explore Sanibel! It had everything we needed in the kitchen, new gas grills by the pool and a ton of beach supplies in the closet! The description really didn’t do it justice! Bowmans Beach is not a far walk right from the condo— we had it almost to ourselves some late afternoons and in the morning it wasn’t crowded at all! My kids loved the shell washing station— a ton of shells at the beach. There was a very nice and new bridge to cross over to the……

“Large size condo with 2 full bedrooms and very nice living room area. Lovely screened in porch. Beautiful view of gulf. End unit with lots of windows. Comfortable king bed! Nice kitchen. “We have enjoyed many visits to Captiva Island but this was first since Hurricane Ian. Our unit was in wonderful condition - very attractive and well-supplied with kitchen equipment. We planned to mostly eat in given that not as many restaurants are up and running. We spent our days walking the beach and closely observing the osprey pair on their nest and their favorite perching tree right next to our screened porch.”
