“We were looking for something reasonably priced and centrally located while visiting friends and this fit the bill! The sleeping area is a large bedroom and gave privacy for the early-to-bed hubby! The kitchenette was convenient for breakfast and snacks/sandwiches. We didn’t plan to cook.Yana was a fantastic host and very helpful in adjusting the AC to fit our needs. We would recommend to anyone who’s looking for simple and convenient.”

“It was clean, good area, good communication. Once we got the hang of the streets, Cape Coral beach was quite nice.”

“Very quiet and easy to get to. Rooms were great size and master bathroom a big plus with large closet’s. Just be aware the beach is very small and is on a causeway. No waves.”

“My husband and I very much enjoyed staying at this property. View was beautiful, it was very basic, clean and met our needs perfectly. It’s very easy to get to and a great location for walking by around. Property owner/manager was very responsive with our questions and made the check in and out process incredibly easy. We will area. ”

“Despite the fact that all of Captiva and Sanibel are still working feverishly to recover from Hurricane Ian, the condo we stayed in was perfect. There is some noise outside, but it is necessary reconstruction/remodeling noise. Even so, one could barely hear it indoors. The pool was less than 100 steps from our unit and I was usually the only one there. The company that owns the unit was most accommodating and easy with which to work. ”

“This was a safe and pleasant place to stay for a few days while we visited family. Convenient location to downtown Cape Coral. Roomy and had everything we needed. Good off street parking. ”

“There was good communication and a cleanly place, worth the price and I would stay again. It's good for a place for sleep or rest. Not set up for any work station and only basic kitchen need for cooking (such as a hotplate.) but found it hard to work on computer and I wouldn't be cooking. So it was fitting enough and would stay again.”
