“Type in “Bubali Villa and apartments” for correct address/gps location. Every email and text received basically was giving us the city and zip code location. We ended up at a private residences, sounds like it happens to them all the time :( other then the issue finding the correct place, everything was prefect! ”

“I was thoroughly impressed upon arrival as the property did not look as big as it actually is! Staff was extremely warm and welcoming. We felt safe at all times and there were 2 supermarkets on either end of the property which was extremely convenient. Also just a 30 minute walk from the beach and popular restaurants like Gianni's, Lola's and Fat Tuesdays!”

“Very neat and well maintained hotel. Staff is very nice. Location is next to a nice super market. About 25 minutes walking distance to beach.”

“Comfortabel appartement dicht bij centrum Oranjestad. Appartement is sfeervol en schoon. Fijn bed. Magnetron was niet beschikbaar en het complex had wat onderhoud nodig, maar ik begreep dat er al plannen waren om hier mee te gaan starten. Heerlijk rustig, fijn zwembad. Communicatie met Zulaika, de beheerder, verliep uitstekend. Mocht op de dag van vertrek tot 17.00 blijven. Heb een fijn verblijf gehad en zou zeker opnieuw hier boeken!”

“5 stars but room windows need blinds fkr privacy and shade from sun. Overall excellent and highly recommended location. Extremely quick response from staff. Future trips will be booked here again. ”

“Toen ik en mijn partner arriveerden was er een klein probleem met de reservering. Onze reservering was nergens te vinden. Het werd wel op een professionele manier aangepakt en opgelost door de beheerster. Wij kregen een tijdelijke kamer voor onze eerste nacht en de eerstvolgende ochtend mochten we verhuizen naar een studio, zoals wij gereserveerd hebben. Als compensatie kregen aan het eind van onze verblijf een lekkere ontbijt, gemaakt door de beheerster zelf. De accommodatie was verder netjes,……

“O hotel é incrível, um paraíso na terra, as fotos não fazem jus a beleza do lugar! Atendimento da Cecília foi muito bom, conseguimos estender o check out para aproveitar a praia ao lado Não tem restaurante na propriedade então não tem café da manhã, almoço e janta, fomos ao mercado antes e cozinhamos no apartamento, logo ao lado tem duas opções de restaurante mas não servem café da manhã Vale a pena demais a estadia, pretendo voltar! ”

“Property is centrally located with easy walking access to restaurants and sites of interest. Also very easy to access main roads to drive to places of interest like beaches, diving and restaurants away from downtown Willemstad Staff friendly and attentive. Just a little TLC with ac filters and vents. I would suggest based on the room I was given ( which I enjoyed having the kitchenette) a mop to be able to maintain floor cleaner between housekeeping. “Everyone was always friendly. Security at front gate was friendly and helpful. Unit was clean. Washer and dryer was definitely helpful. Didn’t know it was part of accommodations until I got there. Only issue we had was our keypad on our front door of condo was a little faulty; took a few tries with code to get in every night. Receptionist at front desk was always helpful and friendly. Pool was amazing. Loved our stay. ”
