“Nice resort, good beach, beach chair complimentary service. Great massage on-site. I had one issue during the massage with the technician who rubbed oil instead of giving deep tissue (watch out for Marsala). The spa compensated me with an amazing spa treatment which exceeded my expectations! ”

“I stayed at two hotels in Aruba this time, and I really like the service and environment of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and I love it. The only drawback was that when we checked in, there were only two groups in front of us, but we had to wait for half an hour. Other than that everything is fine”

“Very nice property. Rooms are updated. There are two pools both were very nice. I really liked the adults only pool. The beach is absolutely beautiful. No walkable restaurants so we ate at hotel most nights and the options are limited to really 3 restaurants and the menus are okay. Also it’s a 35$ taxi from airport. Flat rate.”

“Wow. Our stay at the ritz was beyond amazing. We stayed for 6 nights and 7 days with our two boys, 5 and 8. We often had the pool to ourselves and it was exceptionally clean. The beach outside the hotel was also exceptionally clean and perfect. Not at all crowded and always tons of chair and umbrella options. Every single staff member was kind, professional, and helpful. We ate lunch at the restaurant every day and sat next to the pool so the boys could swim during lunch. Worth every single……
