“This site was uniquely beautiful. Outside our screen door were two chairs at the edge of a small cliff overlooking the rugged coastline. We lost track of how much time we spent in these chairs. We saw the high tide. We saw the low tide. We saw large hawks swoop down low just in front of us. We watched deer as they sauntered right in front of our little cliff. We watched a baby seal play in the cove for nearly an hour. The weather was cool, the sea was tumultuous. That night in our room……
