Bad experience bad service poorly maintained
"I am not recommended this hotel based on the experience below: - upon check in, the hand in the form with another guests' personal details pre-populated for me to fill up - bad cleaning conditions inside the room, the air dry is not working properly, with someone 's bread on the top which is disgusting ..."

"We stayed 7 nights and it turned out to be our best family trip ever. All staff are friendly and eager to help. We're lucky to meet Dias who assisted us since check-in and took care of every detail to the end. Thanks for her hospitality and thoughtfulness. There seemed to be some problem on the room ..."

"很方便，很有巴里島風格的飯店，環境很好，唯一缺點是訂房時註明2張床，到了房間卻是一張不那麼大的雙人床，花了一些時間換房間。房間裡有各種蟲類，包括蟑螂、螞蟻、小蜈蚣、小飛蚊等。可以理解有這些昆蟲，因為是很多樹木環繞的平房。如果害怕這些的可能不適合入住"
