“This is the first time I have ever stayed in a VRBO. Very pleasant and comforting. The owner was very attentive to my needs and the place was immaculate. Will use again on my next trip to Philly.”

“Upon entering the neighborhood around 11:30pm on a Sunday evening where the rental was located, we immediately noticed that the area was overpopulated. Streets were lined with cars, buildings were packed into one another amongst dilapidated housing. We noticed large amounts of people partying on front porches, and drunk people roaming the streets. We felt unsafe to even get out of our vehicle, let alone park and get our family out. To top it off, there was a very recent memorial for someone……

“Perfect size for me and my partner. Our favorite part was relaxing in the huge whirlpool bath! The unit smelled clean as soon as we went in and the home is extremely cozy. The fireplace was a nice touch when we were winding down at night. The location is extremely convenient and walking distance from the main town. We had such a great time and Jeff was super prompt with his responses and provided lots of recommendations. Thank you for having us, Jeff! Will book again in the future.”

“Great location with the ability to walk into town for dining and shopping. My only recommendation would be to have coffee available since there was a traditional coffee pot as well as a Keurig, but no coffee grounds or k-cups available for us to use, so I had to go to the store and purchase k-cups. Otherwise, everything was great!”

“I was happy to stay in the High Street Guest house apartments again! This was a different apartment than I had used last stay and everything was great. The parking is easy at the property and the house keeps you just up the street from all the shops and is a great walk to and from town! Everything was clean and upkeep was great. Thank you for having such nice properties!”

“We needed a place to call home base while exploring Jim Thorpe and the Lehigh River Gorge. We also needed someplace quiet to work, just in case. This was a great choice for both. Walkable into town, or just a super short ride. Comfortable and all the needs for two people. Close to the rail trail, could walk the short-ish walk into Jim Thorpe town, either via the street or the rail trail. Close to hiking (we did bald mountain) and biking paths. We explored wineries and breweries and the……

“It was perfectly decorated. We loved the owls and creativity and color choices that went into creating an artsy spa like oasis in Jim Thorpe. We went to 2 shows at the Opera House St. Patsweekend it was perfect. ”

“Not at all an accurate description of property. While the room you stay in is very cozy, well furnished, and cute, it is just a single room inside of a dwelling. This is NOT a one bedroom home. You have no access to a kitchen, sitting room, dining room, or TV room. Also the bathroom does not have a bidet as stated in listing. For the price per night, you should have way more than just a bedroom and bathroom. The area is beautiful, the town is great, the restaurants are amazing, the description……
