“入住採自助check in ，但會有服務人員協助報到，很貼心，且入住還贈送一人一杯自選飲品，非常讚。 房間設計很新穎，空調、燈光、電視、窗廉皆可用平板控制，非常方便，且浴室燈光可調控不同顏色和亮度，只不過浴室設計為半透明，可看到剪影，很適合情侶，非常有情調，如果非情侶可能會很尷尬。 房間雙人床又大又很舒適，非常喜歡，只不過房間稍小，放兩個大行李就差不多滿了。 整體來說很喜歡，未來希望還有機會入住。”

“附屬餐廳晚餐的服務生態度極為惡劣，桌邊服務非常的不專業，言語毛躁，且有種族歧視之嫌！ Check out曾向飯店反應，主管也是應付的態度，連說聲抱歉或門口歡送也沒有，這根本不值得五星！”

“住宿4人房，房間裝修是新的非常乾淨，附的電扇還是德國名牌，我們中午就到了，飯店人員很好讓我們先入住，飯店住宿位置在老城區的河岸附近，非常好找，且逛街與景點就在旁邊非常好，剛好星期六，河岸登船處廣場早上還有二手市集可以逛逛，有很多物超所值的物品（商品是可以議價）”

The ice-cream treat was appreciated after arriving back from our tour. The buffet breakfast included in tariff was a welcome before making our way to the airport.
