“Tolles Stadthotel mit sehr guter Anbindung an die U-Bahn und an die City. Die Fahrt zum Flughafen dauert nur 10-15 Minuten. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal freundlich. “Check in was difficult. We had no idea what to do to get into our room. We finally called expedia who called the the Casual property where two young women were able to help us. Then the door to the room would not open and we had to go back to get one of the women to help. The lock was jammed and there continued to be times when it stuck room 108. Overall we are quite happy despite the frustrating beginning.”

“Stayed for 3 nights in early May 2025. The pension itself is fine, booking in & access straightforward, room was in pretty good condition and an above average shower, although some of the furniture in the room was quite lightweight. As it is situated in the Old Town, the big plus is many bars and restaurants are nearby, so nothing is really more than 3-5min walk if you want to stay local. Plaza Nueva is great - with maybe 20 pintxo bars and restaurants. The rest of Casco Vieja was a bit too full……
