“It was nice. Only issue we ran into was the conrs that were supposed to be blocking our dsignated parking wasnt there and the spots were in use. However the neighbors were polite enough to move one of theirs without issue.”

First, the positives: The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, a short drive to town and not far from Starved Rock and other parks. Check-in was smooth and the house is nicely decorated and seemed clean. Unfortunately, there were a lot of issues that should have been addressed before renting it out: There were a lot of ants in the kitchen. There were problems with doors not opening/closing properly, a shower head that was……
