“Place was great!! So clean!! Location was wonderful! We had a great time exploring and hiking! Everything was easy to get to and find! We loved Mill Street and the outdoor dining! ”

“It's a nice apartment, cheaply but competently renovated. There were cobwebs around when we arrived but otherwise it was clean. The beds are VERY nice, extremely comfortable which is so important. My biggest gripe, something not demonstrated in the listing, is the fact that the property directly borders an actve train teack, and when i say it's right outside I mean it is RIGHT outside. I was kept up the entire night one of the nights of our stay because of a pair of trains stopping and starting……

“Exact to the listing. Close to the state parks, but the weather went a little south on us, so we just stayed in and enjoyed the peace (we have 5 kids that didn’t come with :). We’ll be back!”

“We needed to book at trip at the last minute (2 days before, with dogs) and was very happy to find this available! The unit was just as expected and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The location is walking distance to downtown Yorkeville (great food/bars, walking, etc) but also a park 2 blocks in the other direction so the dogs were very happy. Although we didn't use it, there was a garage we could have parked in. Check in went smoothly and communication with the Owner was easy. Check……

“This property was a major disappointment. The photos are heavily edited and don’t reflect the reality—shaky toilets, torn blinds, uncomfortable beds, and a serious bug problem made the stay unpleasant. The stairs are steep and unsafe, and the home is hard to access. The water behind the house is stagnant and only adds to the mosquito issue. Not worth the high price—would not recommend.”

“This space was excellent for all of our needs and more! We have family in the area and we were able to just walk everywhere needed. Excellent restaurant across the street. We have walked by this space countless times in the past when we lived downtown and never knew about it. The train that goes by is loud like a train should be but just added to the charm of the area cant say enough great things about it. Cant wait till our next stay!”
