“The communication and hospitality from the host was impeccable! The neighbors were friendly and helpful and we had access to so much that made the stay enjoyable. My only suggestion would be to add curtains to the front windows (there were field trip kids that passed by a few times a day and waved in - which was delightful! once I realized that I should probably put on a robe :/) We will definitely stay again - thank you!! ”

“This property & host is a PERFECT example of what a premier host & property expectation is. I LOVED they had spices in the cabinet, condiments in the fridge so we didn't have to buy them, plenty of coffee & a great selection of teas, as well as many other extras you won't find in most VRBOs. Laundry area came in handy to use while there. They even had a cooler & plenty of ice packs (perfect for our days in the parks). Extra pillows, blankets, even toiletry items in the bathroom in case you……

“The best location on our trip”

“It was a nice quiet stay, the owners live in the property, but they stay in their house, they didn't bother us. The property was clean and our kids had fun, they had board games, and toy provided, and a trampoline outside that our kids were allowed to used”

“The property has great potential for a nice stay. We found the bed mattress was not comfortable and the pillows were very flat. One issues we experienced was the house has mice. We woke up to mice droppings on our clothing that was in our suitcase on the floor. We also saw a mouse running across the kitchen floor. When reported to the owner, she apologized for the inconvenience and she would look into have this checked out. ”

“We stayed here while visiting Kings Canyon & Sequoia -- the property is 15 minutes away from the entrance. We loved the decor of the home -- lots of great art and 2 nice patios. A plus is that the owners are onsite and easily accessible (but they're not intrusive).”

“The outside of the house was cute but the inside was a bit out of date and some things were falling apart. There was also no hot water so doing dishes and showering was not that pleasant. When we went to leave the first day, the door handle came off and I had to pop it back on. It was an okay stay, I get the pride is high because it’s in Sequoia but not worth the price in my opinion. ”
