“Ski trip with my daughter to Snow Creek and we stayed at the Econo-Lodge in Lansing-Leavenworth for 3 nights. 2 Queen size beds...good, breakfast...good, room heater worked too good...James Pratt at front desk...great! If we come to ski at Snow Creek again, we'll stay at this hotel!”

“Very nice neighborhood and house. Was a perfect place to stay while visiting family nearby for an early holiday. Pet friendly/great yard - which was important to us with our senior dogs that we prefer not to board. Property owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Will hopefully stay here again! ”

Front desk in-polite in check-in.

"Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. This is amont worst service for all the hotels I stayed on Hotels.com"
