“Our party of 4 stayed 2 nights. Two of us said they would stay here again; the other two said they would not. We used all of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and common area. We didn't use the kitchen. We were in the unit mostly at night, sightseeing during the day. Pros: Good location, good communication, good check-in and check-out process. Comfortable common area. There were extra towels and linens available in the master bedroom closet. Cons: Master shower was very low pressure with finicky……

“The house itself is an older home but very nicely renovated. Everything new inside. Also very clean inside. Bathroom and kitchen in great condition. It is located in an older but very quiet neighborhood. Backyard is fully fenced, but could need some lawn. ”

It was adequately appointed for our humble needs and everyone in our party spoke highly of their sleeping options; however, there is limited seating options in the main living room. The location is perfect with easy access to major highways and shopping/eateries. Would stay again.”

“The check-in was easy and the communication was great. The location was convenient off the highway, but the neighborhood is pretty crowded and not much close by. The property is a little run down. There was a broken window in one of the bedrooms. We used the two couches in the downstairs living space, and when we pulled bedding from the closet, the pillows were damp. Overall just fine, could use a little TLC and a good deep cleaning”

“This house is beyond charming. The huge trees in the neighborhood are so relaxing to sit and watch sway in the breeze. We walked to downtown Lee’s Summit and the best coffee shops and boutiques are there in walking distance. The kids loved the huge backyard and all the activities to do. The beds were large and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Lee’s Summit!”
