“The Bed in the unit had bed bugs. It then took an hour and a half on the phone to get a refund. No compensation or help finding anorher place to stay was given. VRBO does not help in anyway if it is only a 1 night stay.”

“This condo is very nice, clean, updated with a view over the pool/courtyard area. Easy communication with the host and clearly have a good sense of humor when you read the condo rules book upon arrival. I will definitely be back. ”

"There’s low frequency noise from the electric room. Can barely sleep during the nigh. After investigation with the engineer team, they find me room to switch. It seems to be an unfixable problem and the only solution is to find a room far away the electric room which are very few available. Very good services from the front desk. "
