“This place is a cute little duplex! It was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend getaway. It's about 15 minutes to Magic Mountain. Grocery stores were just over a mile away as well as other services! The three bedrooms provided sleeping accommodations for two persons each plus a hide-a-bed in the living room. One of the bedrooms has a daybed with trundle so it may not be super ideal for a couple. A great perk to this place is that it had accommodations for an infant to……

“The nightly rate was fair, and communication with the host was smooth. We liked the clean, private pool and relaxing sunroom. The patio seating was pleasant, with a BBQ for outdoor meals. The washer and dryer in the garage were convenient, and the neighborhood was friendly and walkable—great for evening strolls! It is conveniently located near six flags and universal studios , with a lot of restaurants, shopping and parks close by. However, several issues affected our stay. There were only eight……

“The house was very accommodating for our family with an open space, kitchen, and nice kitchen counter space and all utensils needed for breakfast. Our mom is disabled so the downstairs bedroom privacy and en suite bath was a total plus for us in accommodating Mom. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. And convenient stores nearby for groceries, etc. Nikki was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely choose to stay at her place again.”
