“The nightly rate was fair, and communication with the host was smooth. We liked the clean, private pool and relaxing sunroom. The patio seating was pleasant, with a BBQ for outdoor meals. The washer and dryer in the garage were convenient, and the neighborhood was friendly and walkable—great for evening strolls! The same day I booked the property I was in contact with Gabriela the property manager and asked if a late check out would be possible. The property manager informed me that this would likely be ok because she did not see anyone booked to arrive after my stay.
