“Great house in a great location - would highly recommend to anyone”

“Overall we had a nice visit and stay. Stephen is a great host. He was very friendly and helpful. The space is quiet and in a great location for easy access to things.”

“ We had a little difficulty finding and checking in to the property in the dark, but Jacky quickly answered our call and helped us through the process. There is no heat in the main living area but the heaters in the bedrooms were very efficient and helpful there. A few more amenities would have been appreciated (paper towels, Kleenex, etc.) We weren’t able to locate any check-out instructions, so we’re hoping there weren’t any. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the property!!!”

“Unfortunately I did not get to stay at this property. The owner changed me to another location on the day of arrival stating that previous renter had COVID. The second property was not of the same quality/caliber and the owner would not refund the difference from the original home to the room I was provided which is priced at a lesser rate.”

“The property is well-taken care of and in a very nice neighborhood. Very safe and conveniently located. The host was extremely responsive. The only drawback was that it was cramped for six people. We needed the spare air mattresses to sleep everyone moderately comfortably. The check-in information was a little confusing. Bathroom quite small and lacks countertop space.”

“This was a wonderful, safe place to stay after the Altadena fire. It is comfortable, clean, and has a great location”

“The house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. It was exactly as advertised and very clean. Dalia was a pleasure to communicate with. The home was centrally located to all tourist attractions. Parking was never a problem, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet at night. ”

“This was a beautiful and comfortable home for our stay. The location in Silver Lake was central to everywhere we visited. The home is new and looks great. The main floor is very open and inviting. The primary bedroom is almost the entire top floor with a lovely fireplace, super comfortable bed, and huge bathroom including a freestanding tub. There are also several bathrooms in the house which was great (two on the top floor). A few tips/comments for future renters: the location is near the end……

“We enjoyed our stay here! The house is nice and clean. It is located in a good neighborhood that is close to stores and restaurants. The hosts were friendly and promptly returned our messages. The house is on the corner of two busy roads, but that did not cause any issues for us. We will not hesitate to book again next time we are in town!”
