“Unfortunately I did not get to stay at this property. The owner changed me to another location on the day of arrival stating that previous renter had COVID. The second property was not of the same quality/caliber and the owner would not refund the difference from the original home to the room I was provided which is priced at a lesser rate.”

“We enjoyed our stay here! The house is nice and clean. It is located in a good neighborhood that is close to stores and restaurants. The hosts were friendly and promptly returned our messages. The house is on the corner of two busy roads, but that did not cause any issues for us. We will not hesitate to book again next time we are in town!”

“We had to evacuate due to the Eaton Fire. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home. It felt like home, was super comfortable, spacious and decorated perfectly. It was easy to check in and we truly enjoyed every moment - even under the circumstances. I highly recommend this property. ”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was lovely and the house was clean and full of light. The kitchen was well-appointed. The checkin was easy and there was plenty of parking. A good experience all around.”

“The property is an absolutely gorgeous, spacious, comfortable, cozy lone standing home. Has two ample rooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, large TV with all channels. There's a very large private patio with beautiful landscaping,chairs and tables to hang out. Good WIFI. You access by opening a sliding gate with a remote control you'll be provided, and parking is inside the property. The neighborhood is very nice with restaurants, supermarkets and anything you may need……

“Great location and a beautiful listing! Host was very kind and had very simple check-in and check-out instructions. It was nice to be able to get in and get out without any fuss. I visited Pasadena for a local convention and it was nice and quiet. I really appreciated the private nature of the listing and the host. I didn’t feel the least bit intruded on or unwelcome. I will definitely try to book this listing again for the next con in 2026!! ”

“The house was amazingly clean, and the owner/property manager were very nice. They helped us in every aspect of our stay, and were very responsive. We loved the location, as it was easy to get to the Universal Studios/Hollywood area in a quick 30 min or so (with light traffic). The beds were clean, and the bathroom was well stocked. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this house!”

“It’s was amazing our stay ”

“Some friends and I decided to have an annual reunion in our hometown. Being summer time in the desert, we needed to swim. The pool and backyard did not disappoint and the home home was cozy.”

“Our son performed in the Rose Parade and It was a better location for us. We checked in on New Year’s Eve, but didn’t have much time to celebrate. ”

“My family of eight attended the Rose Parade and used this address for our lodging. It was approximately a 10 minute drive to Pasadena. The house was very clean, well supplied, and looked like it was recently updated. The owner responded to my questions in a timely and helpful manner. The room configuration, with two bedrooms in the front of the house and two in the back worked well for my family. We enjoyed our visit.”
