“Overall, our stay was great! The beds were comfy and the AC kept up with the hot weather fantastically. Pros: house felt stocked. Items in bathrooms, extra pillows and blankets! Kitchen was well equipped. Could have used more Tupperware, but for a quick stay it wasn’t inconvenient.Cons: the deep clean was needed. Main surfaces were well taken care of, but if you looked too high or too low, I noticed black dust or grease in the kitchen. Children 2 or under, I wouldn’t recommend. No extra space……

“Really a great place to stay! The location is perfect to walk to bars/restaurants nearby. We went to a concert at the Rose Bowl, and it isn't too far from where the free charter buses pick up/drop off for big events there. Very convenient. I did have trouble communicating with the host day of, eventually reached out to VRBO, and while lengthy with a LOT of codes to use, the building is very secure. It is very bright with lots of natural light, so it's good if you're early risers with minimal……

“We picked this property because it was close to a family member we were visiting. It has a unique and charming location in a gated, older, private development of large homes. We recommend arriving while it is still light outside, because the many steps down and up to the unit are not all well lit.”

It was just the right size for 2 people, and is located in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. The owner does a great job with communication, and makes himself available for anything that might pop up. We will definitely come back next time we’re in town. ”
