“We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and the area quiet with plenty of parking on the street and in the garage. The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows and the little back yard was great for the kids. Sunny was prompt and helpful in responding to any questions. I would definitely recommend this property.”

“Central to many places we were touring like Pasadena, Huntington Library, first In-N-Out Burger. The host provided easy to follow and clear instructions to check in/out. Had all the basic small appliances and a good fridge w/ freezer. Cute restaurant at the end of the block to walk to in 3 minutes a for great breakfast or dinner (Guadalupe's). “House was clean and quiet. Kitchen well stocked which I appreciate. Management was very responsive. ”

“My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and were very comfortable. This is a small home in a gated compound of 5 units. The gate was a nice touch for added security. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was very minimalist which is all we really needed. The A/C worked really well as we were there during a heat wave, the bed was comfortable and the WiFi was fast. The only downside was that the water took a few minutes to get hot. Overall, a nice stay.”

“I really wanted to like this property. Unfortunately it wasn't very clean, the couch has stains there's cobwebs, the corners are all dirty and the baseboards. The fancy shower doesn't function really in the fancy way it's just a standard shower none of the extra shower heads work there's knobs missing and levers so try to get it to even change the temperature is extremely difficult. “This unit was convenient for our visit with family in SoCal. Communication with owner was very good and the place was very clean. I would recommend that a few items be added to the kitchen: cutting board, baking dish and a large bowl would have been very helpful.”
