“Everything was extremely clean and the kitchen was beautifully stocked. Water pressure in the showers was fabulous. Plenty of space to spread out for two adults and two teens. Communication with the host was quick and easy. It is not a full 4-bdr, which was fine for us as we bunked up together and it all worked out. But that might not work as well for others. “Check in was simple and the kitchen was spacious. It could use some additional tools - mixing bowl and kitchen towels sepcifically. There are no towel bars or hooks for bath towels, this was a serious issue with 5 of us and nowhere to hang towels to dry. I'd also suggest you provide "pool" towels since there is a hot tub. The overall space was perfect and the updates were very nice. It was super comfortable for our family of 5 and we were able to host other family members for dinner and fun in……

“The house was extremely clean, except for the area rugs, which needed cleaning. The beds were the best beds I have ever slept in and several family members commented on that also. The back patio needed a good cleaning as well as the cushions on the chairs because we were unable to sit out there due to that. There was a minor problem, and we contacted the host and he had it resolved within two hours. The location is just a few miles from downtown Monrovia. It is ideal. We would stay again.”

“This is a comfortable home with two nice bedroom suites, one upstairs and one downstairs (each with a nice bathroom). The upstairs bedroom has an additional alcove with a sofa bed and twin bed. We followed the hosts instruction for check-in and had no problems. We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect place for family to meet and gather.
