“It was a pleasant stay. We knew going to this house it was a work in progress and it was a place we enjoyed staying. I am sure once the whole house is done it will be a very nice place to stayThank you for letting us stay there”

“Great place. I stayed for a softball tournament in the area and really appreciated being able to come to a home after long days and being able to relax with my family. ”

“The nightly rate was fair, and communication with the host was smooth. We liked the clean, private pool and relaxing sunroom. The patio seating was pleasant, with a BBQ for outdoor meals. The washer and dryer in the garage were convenient, and the neighborhood was friendly and walkable—great for evening strolls! It is conveniently located near six flags and universal studios , with a lot of restaurants, shopping and parks close by. However, several issues affected our stay. There were only eight……

The same day I booked the property I was in contact with Gabriela the property manager and asked if a late check out would be possible. “We were there to go to Magic Mountain. Property was perfect for what we needed.”

“We loved this cozy getaway! It was a great spot for a friend's weekend away- plenty of space and super comfy. We brought lots of food with us as the house was far from much of anything.Sitting in the hot tub at night underneath the giant sky was worth the entire long drive out there. The one neighbor was close enough to hear, but the line of trees blocked their view and kept it seemingly private enough.The only issue we ran into was a slight ant invasion in the kitchen, but the owner messaged……

“Had a great time here. The house is set up as a cozy and efficient loft. Although it is small, it doesn’t feel cramped at all. The location is secluded but still close enough to various shopping centers and about an hour from Hollywood, which is great for being able to sightsee without having to stay in the mix. 5/5”
