“They property was no-frills functional and perhaps a bit more. The rooms were basic and checked all the boxes. Comfortable beds, clean linens, desk, mini fridge, good bathroom storage, access to power/outlets and a very friendly dining amenity with breakfast included and ample parking. Didn’t eat in the restaurant and likely would have given the opportunity. Rather picturesque surroundings. We stayed in the annex building and would recommend the main building on a higher floor if I had to do……

“This is a true Swiss lodge at nearly the top of nowhere. The staff is friendly but it helps to have a little German or French. Be sure you specify exactly what you want in a room..like a shower AND toilet, or you may be sharing. You need to be fit enough to walk up to 4 flights with all your stuff. Our top floor room was lovely with 2 comfy twin beds, multiple windows and even a small sleeping loft (for kids?). “The hotel is in a great location, not too noisy, very alpine style and warm and cozy. The staff are so friendly and nice - faultless. The room is small but comfortable, just enough space and a nice balcony. Bathroom is amazing (we had a bath tub). Breakfast was included, it was basic but great and eggs were always amazing. Points for improvement - cupboard smelt of mold / damp. You have to carry heavy luggage up stairs should have a lift. Really needs a kettle in the room as a minimum, there is……
