“Das Haus war toll. Es hatte alles was man benötigt. Der Ausblick vor dem Haus war wunderschön und in der Nähe gab es auch einen Aussichtspunkt, wo man den Weitblick über die Gegend hatte. Das Haus ist sehr groß mit 4 Personen hatten wir übermäßig Platz. Der Nachbar war super freundlich und hat süße Kälber auf seinem Anwesen, die man auch sogar streicheln darf. ”

“Everything was nice and perfectly organized. It was clean as well. Except the upper flor, we had to clean the flor by ourselves.”

“The cottage is located in an area where you can discover many beautiful areas by car. The cottage has all the bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room on the ground floor. The upper floor is locked. It is a bit damp so bring your thick socks. Electricity was a bit of a hassle for us but there was 2 euro coins provided for us to use in the meter. There are electric blankets in the bed to help with the dampness. Not really sure if the water is drinkable. Martin the owner said it is but we……

“The property is in a beautiful location with magnificent views. It did not disappoint. The rooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The living room was cosy. Some things you might expect were not in the property such as some basic kitchen equipment and a hairdryer - so we had to purchase these. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. ”

“Sehr schönes Haus. Prima Zimmeraufteilung für eine große Familie oder Gruppe 8-18 Personen. Gut ausgestattete Küche, großer Essbereich, gemütliches Wohnzimmer. (Kleines Manko sind einige Bäder ohne Heizung - dadurch schwer Handtücher zu trocknen). 5 Minuten vom Pub entfernt mit sehr leckeren Essen und netter Bedienung. Sehr schöne und ruhige Umgebung. Tolle Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. ”

“An excellent stay in a good property, in an ideal location for Dogs Bay. We were disappointed that the garden shrubs screened the view of the bay. We were unable to make the heating system work ideally for us. We would have appreciated a change of bed linen during our 3 week stay. In all other respects a lovely property which we enjoyed greatly.”

“Campbell's cottage is a very well appointed bungalow in a perfect location for exploring Connemara. If you love tranquility and beautiful views then look no further. From one side you view the atlantic ocean across amazing rocks and bog scattered with sheep, hares and many wild birds. From the other side you can view the 12 Bens in all their splendour. The living area is very spacious, light and comfortable. The bedrooms are very well furnished with lovely bedding and plenty of storage. ”

“An pleasant stay in Connemara”

“The location of this property was ideal from quick access to Galway to the very good restaurants and pubs within a 10 min walk. The property is on the smaller size, perfect for my wife and I, but would also be ok with adding 2 children. Yvonne was fantastic! We would definitely recommend!”
