Parking is convenient and very safe. A special thanks for the staff's warm assistance in resolving the issue when I forgot to return two room key cards due to rushing to embark on a long-distance trip. Thank you.”

“We spent $624 on a room with sea views, and the man at the front desk, who had a rather bad attitude, gave us a room on the first floor of one of the worst corners of the hotel, and I asked for a change, but he said he wanted to add $150. I ask you to give me a statement, or I will continue to complain. Although I left the hotel.”

“The room is very comfortable, with a coffee maker for hot water and coffee. There’s a small round table for handling some work tasks—it’s a cost-effective hotel, and I’ll stay here again next time.”

“It was an okay stay. Loved being on the beach. Very outdated and cobbled together. Our room had an odor that an air freshener couldn’t even help. The air conditioning units were the in-room ones and had a hard time keeping up, very bulky in the room. It was nice having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. No hair dryers. The door to our room was very hard to close so it required slamming. There was a gap in the bottom of the door that I had to stuff with paper towels hoping to keep critters……
