“House was clean. Very nice, quiet property. About 4 miles of gravel road to get here, so would recommend a vehicle that can handle it. Cell service in the area was patchy, so GPS for trips was in and out. We would definitely stay here again if we take another trip to Berkeley Springs!”

“We stayed here for our anniversary. The area itself is gorgeous. The town is full of things to do. Definitely somewhere for more of a leisurely vacation instead of jam-packed. We love the house the positioning of the hot tub so that you can watch TV was perfect. We definitely want to come back probably in the summer so that we can utilize the pool and bring friends just so we can introduce them to the area because we loved it so much. out of 10 highly recommend this location”

“The house has a great location for easy access to town and plenty of space for good friends or family. All the basics and some of the extras- like a hot tub- are right at your place which is great. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at this adorable place! The host was very attentive and made sure everything met our expectations. The house itself was immaculate and was perfect for our couple's getaway to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The hot tub on the balcony was amazing. We highly recommend this property for a peaceful place to stay. The only negatives were that it was a little difficult to find the lane and the road was a bit rough (but it was worth it!). ”

“This is the second time we stayed at this beautiful property, both times to get away from pre-election jitters (we live in DC). It is the most perfect house to unwind and find peace. We loved that we could bring our dogs and children, cook together, paint on the amazing porch and enjoy the quiet and beauty of the area. The beds are SO comfy, the house has everything you need. The owners provide special touches like wine and chocolate on arrival. We grilled dinner on the working grill and watched……
