“My first time here and I do not regret it! It was an amazing property, super clean, staff was so nice, and they set up so nicely in the home that I never had to call housekeeping or front desk once! Every house on the property had its own grill and little backyard and everything you would need for the beach, which is right across the street; they had umbrellas, beach chairs, everything!!. Everything you could need. The house itself was beautiful with really really cool early American and modern……

“Everything was beautiful. Had no idea beach passes, towels umbrellas and chairs were complimentary! So that was an awesome surprise as well as parking. Definitely recommend this stay to anyone. Beautiful area right near the beach and walking distance from restaurants and shops. ”

“The hotel is really old, which probably explains the poor soundproofing. The bedding was also super uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well at all. Worse, I woke up with red rashes all over my body. Compared to other hotels nearby, this place is just not worth the price. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it. ”

From location to the room (even what they call a value rom was better than my room at the expensive Borgata hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel and even your kids will have a ball. “The Avenue Inn and Spa offers all the amenities that your family will need at a beach location. The hotel is also walking distance to the boardwalk and beach. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within several walking steps away. This is the second time our family stay here and we're looking forward to using this hotel for our next Rehoboth Beach visit.”

“The property was quite lovely, both inside and out. We stayed in a garden room, which was in the older building. We were steps away from the adult pool and right next door to the building with check-in, the spa, and the breakfast area. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. We would definitely go back. However, for the price, I did not expect to experience two issues: (1) the wall unit A/C never really got the room very cool, and (2) a previous occupant's undergarments were left in the……
