“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. House was clean, spacious & close to the beaches. House has a great layout for all to have privacy but yet enjoy together. A few items we highly recommend-use shorter door codes. Management was very responsive via text, but we could never remember the extremely long code to get in. (Alot of rentals will use the renters phone number etc). Stock the kitchen with a full set of pots & pans. There was No cookware to make pasta for a family of 4, as an example. Only 1……

“We usually rent homes 3-4 a year as away to gather with our families together , first time I stayed anywhere that did not provide toilet paper, soap , paper towels , sheets or towels. I know it is stayed in the agreement that was sent - so I was informed but just will probably keep us from renting again - also front door lock was broken and trim kept falling off the stairs. Not a big deal”

“This roomy, well-appointed apartment was perfect for our brief getaway . Management was very helpful when we hit a snag during check-in with a sticky lock. We found the furnishings very tasteful and the place was very comfortable for hanging out during a heat wave. The location is perfect: in town but with a beautiful water view from balcony and deck. Parking was readily available for free on the street -- no more than 400 yards away in high season. Reasonably priced parking for 1/2 days was……

“We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was very convenient to Henlopen State Park with Delaware Bay beach practically out the front door of the bldg. If you're a DQ fan, there's one right across the street. It was very clean & easy to communicate with Vacasa.The listing says 2 BRs plus pull out sofa in separate room, sleeping 6. There is only 1 BR, plus the pull out sofa in the separate room. It only sleeps 4.The sofa and loveseat in the main room are not comfortable for sitting……

“We stayed for ten days and had a great time. The house is even cuter than the photos show. I appreciated all of the cute decor that made it feel more like a home and not a hotel or empty rental. Everything went smoothly for check in. It's a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. It's tucked away from the chaos of the beach but close enough to go out for the day for the beach or shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay again! ”
