“This is the most gorgeous, family friendly home and in such a beautiful location!!!! We want to live here. We brought 4 kids for a dog sledding trip. House feels remote but is close to town. The main town of Freeport is just a few min away - nice restaurants and shopping (LL Bean flagship store). It was very cold while here and snowed 12 inches but the home was always warm. Very well stocked kitchen. On the water with spectacular views. We can’t wait to come back!! LOVE IT!! ”

“We were pleasantly surprised with our accommodation.. It is a well-kept, very clean home in a beautiful location. Within walking distance to a great restaurant and variety store. We would love to return when we could take advantage of the lake. (We stayed there in early April.) The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Suggestions: wall clocks in the living room and bathroom; full length mirrors in the bedrooms; larger coffee table. All in all in was a great stay. Would love to go……

“The property is situated on a lake with a beautiful view and quick access to everything in the Portland area. The property was not only clean and inviting, but the property owners have thought of every little detail to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. Plenty of TVs, games, hot tub, kitchen gadgets and plenty of towels and linens. We loved having this place to come back to for rest at the end of a long day exploring Maine. Timissa is incredibly kind and responsive as well. We look forward……

“Was here for ice fishing over the weekend. Property was typical lake house and listing was accurate. Checkin and communication with owner and property management was very responsive. Only issue we ran into was the elusive fish. Great time. Would stay again ”

“Graywoods was just as advertised. Spacious, clean with anything you might need for your trip. Outdoor private hot tub was a nice perk & the view is terrific. We had a great time & will stay again, very close to so many spots to visit. ”

“This is a good property. It was clean, had a well-appointed kitchen, and the location is great for enjoying anything the Lakes Region has to offer. The managers were very communicative and easy to work with. The only reason this is 4 stars is we did feel a little misled by the listing. There is definitely no hot tub at this property. There's a nice big bath tub, which can be filled with hot water, but that doesn't make a hot tub. It also claims to sleep 14, and unless those are small children or……

“We gathered as a family in this cosy home with beautiful views of Casco Bay! It was a wonderful place for a family Christmas. We cooked each morning and night in a kitchen that had all we needed for everything from a roast to bean burgers. The views from the living room and couch are magnificent. All beds and bedrooms r very comfy. Upstairs bedroom looks actoss tge Bay. Beautiful view to wake to each day. Close to many hikes and beaches. We would stay here again!!!”
