“The trailer we had seemed brand new, well equipped and everything in great shape, very clean. Check in was easy, love the location right between Niagara Falls and NOTL but out of town so quiet and no hustle and bustle. We loved we could sit outside on the deck, bbq and have a bonfire at night, all outdoor seating was provided and in great shape as well. Beds were a little hard for us, but to be expected in new trailer. Will stay here again and have already recommended to family.”
“We, mother and daughter from Japan enjoyed every minute of our stay at Woodbourne Inn. Warm welcome, beautiful place, great breakfast, and so on. A winery with an excellent restaurant is within walking distance.”
“We stayed 2 nights. The stay at this hotel was cost worthy. This is very old hotel but well-maintained. We booked a room with king size bed for 3 of us including my 8yr old kid. Clean, spacious room with attached bathroom, tv, air-condition/heat, wi-fi, enough lights. Breakfast was included, didn't have many options but will fill your tummy. Didnt use the pool. It is very close from the fall. We were eating breakfast and one guest was was gonna check out that day, he was saying to the reception……
“Itboffered free breakfast and parking is free. The corners need to be vacuumed and our room smelled like someone smoked in it even though we requested a no smoking room.”
"Due to the emergency matter I was not able to check in the hotel but I was charged double times for the room rate. I understand the pre payment won’t be refunded if I failed check in but I don’t think they could charge me double times. I contacted them and never got anything back. "
"We stayed for two nights at the fallsview hotel, but were disappointed at how the hotel missed the house keeping for our room, even upon reminding the front desk a few times throughout the day, as we came back to the room in the afternoon to find out the room was left the same as it was when we left in the morning. When we came back to the hotel after dinner that night, no towels were replaced, no beds were made up, trash bins were all left full, and the worst of all was the shampoo and body wash were all out. We had to request for all the amenities on that night. It was a very disappointing experience at the hotel."
