“Was not aware that I needed to preschedule a pick up from the airport to the hotel and had to take a $20 Uber because there was no shuttle available. I was advised that I would be reimbursed but that did not happen. I did schedule transportation to the airport from the hotel and that worked perfectly.”

“The property and room was clean. The breakfast was decent but basic. I like bacon over sausage. The parking lot was being redone and sort of an inconvenience getting in and out the facility. Location was excellent to various eating spots. Ms. B’s soul food is a must eatery. ”

“I know I selected a lower price hotel, but dang. The pictures on Expedia were ••NOT•• representative of the property. The pictures on Expedia were clean and lovely, the property was NOT. The walls had odd brown splotches. The linens appeared clean but stained. The room smelled STRONGLY of the flowery-scented cleaner. The chair in the room was threadbare, all the vinyl was picked off. And they were stingy w the bath linens- 2 people, 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth. ”
