“My day was fine no real complaints. I will say that upon check-in. I wish that the front desk person would’ve told me that my room was a handicap room and upon checking into the room there were structural damage in the room there was cracked plaster on the ceilings and walls, and all the towels and washcloths were stained. The continental breakfast was very good. The hostess was very nice and accommodating. This is my go to place when visiting family, but I will going forward bring my own……

“We had stayed at a handicapped friendly room, room 110, a few days before this visit. They put us in room 114., Even better! The bracket holding the showerhead was broken and so it was hard to clean yourself. There was a hairdryer unit in this room, 114. Breakfast is adequate, but they didn’t have any pancake mix, so you were forced to accept toast or bagels. ”

“Excellent place to stay! The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. There were numerous restaurants and activities within walking distance as well as the lobby being a great entertainment hub with games, lounge areas, and a bar/restaurant. They also had a full free breakfast that was delicious and the breakfast staff was amazing! We will definitely stay here again when we come to Columbia.”
