“No breakfast, no room service, no soap and when called the receptionist, no one is available to bring it to my room ”

“Though the breakfast isn't all that, the lighting in the rooms and hallways could be less harsh, and the place could use a little refresh, the service is really kind and responsive. The staff is extremely attentive to your needs and really takes the time to hear you out. If you are here on business, it does the job, though it's not a place I'd consider beyond 2.5 stars. I'd say families would be OK here or couples wanting to spend a few days in the area and not be confined to their hotel rooms……

“This is the first time at Residence Inn Zephyrhills FL. We could not believe how many people with dogs. We stay at a number of places that allow dogs and hardly see them when there. We thought there was a limit of 2 dogs per room but we saw people going in with 3. They are disrespectful to people not liking or allergic to dogs. Our room was very nice roomy, clean and well appointed. We loved having the roomy cute kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and we loved that the TV could be……

“I stayed for two nights, the first night was okay, the second night was very bad, I saw cockroaches in the room, it was very noisy upstairs at 5 in the morning, I couldn't sleep well, and there was no one at the front desk in the morning, and I had to wait for a long time at the front desk”
