I didn’t pay attention to details when booking and Wi-Fi wasn’t working on my phone properly, but found the place spoke with someone and immediately had a stress relief that I felt comfortable and safe and enjoyed my time. I asked if I could stay an extra hour before a check out and that was no problem. I will stay here again next time Nice”

“If staying in the dorms, the bunk set-ups are a game changer. The curtains are great at encouraging privacy and muffling light and sound. The charging area within each bed, light, and large box cabinet also make it much more comfortable. The only piece of constructive feedback I have is that the bathrooms could have been cleaned a bit more often, wiping up excess water on the floor and wiping down sinks, etc. Otherwise, great central location at an excellent price.”

“Das Hotel ist wunderbar und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Empfang bei der Anreise vor allem aber das Personal beim Frühstück sind besonders hervorragend! Die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof ist sehr praktisch und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut (auch zu Fuß) erreichbar. Wie an den meisten Hauptbahnhöfen sollte man jedoch sehr aufmerksam sein worauf aber auch gleich beim Check-in hingewiesen wurde. Das Personal macht einen sehr guten Job und wir kommen gerne wieder!”

“Hotel is good except the towels have some weird smell and some marks which could not be washed (could have thrown them away but still used for guests) Breakfast is good but they let guests use spoon to take the tea leaves out which looks a bit sanitary concern. Fran OJ is nice and they have water for guests to fill in at the lobby is great. Staffs are friendly. The staff working in supplying breakfast is exceptionally efficient!! ”
