“Peaceful country hideaway!”

“I booked this stay for my daughter and her family’s visit. We live in the next town but don’t have room for them to stay. Birchwood Farms was perfect! Denise and Bruce are wonderful, friendly hosts and not only gave a tour of their farm but my daughter and her 8 year old were delighted to have a horseback ride on Finnegan. They’d be happy to stay again on a future visit. ”

“This is a wonderful newly renovated house, the inside feels completely brand new, although retains a farmhouse charm. Plenty of room for my husband and I and three boys to spread out, wonderful well-equipped kitchen for any cooking needs we had. For us it was a great location to see family in Waterville and August area. Would highly recommend!”

“We had an excellent summer stay at Foxtrot! The kitchen was well furnished, the house was super clean, and there was plenty of room to spread out. The central location on the mid-coast of Maine made for some great day trips to Acadia National Park and Boothbay Botanical Gardens as well as dinner in Camden and Belfast. I would stay again if back in the area.”

“My 24 year old son and I stayed here for 2 nights to visit family in the area . Our final destination was Cutler Coast for hiking/camping so we were not looking to to do Maine tourist attractions. Hannah’s place is very special in a wonderful way. The farmhouse is preserved in history while having every modern essential. She is pays attention to every detail for comfort, aesthetics and efficiency. The property is inviting, well maintained and peaceful. It is a short drive to go to area……
