“Property was a complete mess bed not made, pubic hares all over the house and shower, no garbage can, laundry and dishes not done. No additional bedding, house was a MESS”

“The hassle I encountered getting in to this place was ridiculous. I received multiple AI generated messages as to when I would get the check in codes. I had a long day of flights from Florida and still had not received the info to get into this place when I arrived at the complex. I then received a message with a link that didn’t work. After some effort I got a real person to send the info to me in a text. Way too much hassle! Multiple electronics did not work until I again contacted the host……

“Very cozy location, took into a quite residential area. Easy access to your unit, with everything you could need for your stay. Owner is very nice and prompt with reply. I would stay here again next time I come to town.”

“As per the listing, this property is not 2 minutes from State Farm Stadium, it is 30 minute walk to the stadium and 15-20 min walk to most restaurants. Otherwise as advertised. Floors could have been cleaner, walk around in your socks for an hour and they looked like you were walking around outside. The rest of the place was neat and tidy.”

“Ethan’s place was AMAZING! It was true to his listing pictures. It was very clean, had everything we needed in a safe, quiet gated community. We even found a couple of places to play pickleball close by.We were down there for a bucket list trip to the KC Royals spring training. It was maybe 20-25 minutes to the Surprise Stadium, close to the State Farm Stadium and close to the Westgate Entertainment area and Tanger’s outlet mall. We had a Great time and would definitely stay again!!!”
