“My adult daughter, partner and I stayed in this lovely home for a week. It checked off everything on our list of wants and needs. Jennifer was very easy to get a hold of and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again or to refer it to friends. ”

“It is our annual family vacation and this year we chose to stay in Peoria Az near the baseball park. This home was laid out perfectly. Two families stayed upstairs…(4 adults and 7 kids) and we(the grandparents) enjoyed bedroom with bath on the main floor. Later in the week our adult son was able to join us and he had his own room. Plenty of space. The kids swam in the pool everyday and we enjoyed the hot tub at night. We played putt putt and enjoyed many of the supplied family games on the……

“My wife and I were looking for a property that would allow us to explore Surprise and the surrounding areas, and we couldn't have done any better than this one. It was close to the freeway (303 loop), but without exposing us to traffic noise. And we could explore interesting residential neighborhoods, and even walk to a handy shopping area about a mile away. We would highly recommend this property to anyone -- even families with small kids.”

“The house was exactly as expected. No frills and not many amenities; simply a clean and basic space to stay. I had to contact the property owner a few times as I did not receive check-in instructions or correct WiFi details, but he was very responsive. There were a few minor issues I had to troubleshoot (e.g. toilet not flushing, TV audio not working, etc.), but not a big deal and was easy for me to fix. ”

“Our stay was very comfortable we felt at home with comfortable beds, ability to cook for family and barbecue. Plenty of games and pool table to entertain and relaxing chairs and pool outside. Totally recommend the beach house for a nice relaxing time with family and friends. ”

“This is a very spacious home that had a lot of comfortable spaces. It is probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed in, and had plenty of pillows, towels, pool towels and dishes. They also had laundry detergent. There were 2 memory foam mattresses and 1 regular mattress. The master suite is away from the rest of the house so it was very quiet. It also has a door directly out to the pool area! Although it is certainly not required to provide these things, there was no foil, plastic wrap or……
