“One of the best hotels I've stayed in (and I've stayed at many hotels). Obviously this is a brand new hotel and you can tell. Everything is sparkling new. Everything has been so well thought out. The attention to detail is just insane. Check in was a little slow but we were offered beautiful drinks and a cool towel which was a nice touch. “This villa is amazing , everything very clean the Maid is very kind and she does everything extra good . She prepared everyday food for us and she cook very good .All rooms very clean the A/c works perfectly the beds are comfortable . The area is quite and relaxing the pool very good the water warm . “Where do I begin. This property is SO unique! The grounds are stunning, with lush vegetation and unique architecture. The staff, including a man who works at the front desk (the one who speaks multiple languages and is always in the best mood possible while being genuine and not overly fake which is a HUGE asset to a boutique hotel of this kind. “They have great nightly shows & the resort staff are very fun and friendly especially Chocolate! Very welcoming and they love to dance! Our AC in our room was not working & our room was up to 83° when we told them, they said it was a general problem- that it would be fixed, but it was never fixed. Food options weren’t the best, and you need to make reservations for everything but the buffet. But, we stayed Thursday thru Tuesday and majority of the restaurants were closed.
