“1/酒店位置行去市中心(唐人街，Bullring, 商場) 大約15-20分鐘。 2/房間設施有些舊，床偏軟 3/浴室門不能關上，可能是大舊的原因，門的厎部緊貼住地面導致關不上門。 4/窗的開關也難了，不能開窗 5/房間沒有電話，可用whats app 與酒店職員溝通，但大部份時間都只係AI 回覆[收到訊息，職員會聯絡......] 當然最後都係冇人回覆。 5/酒店提供每住滿7天有免費收拾房間一次，但我的情況是約了執房，但當晚返到酒店沒有執到，原來改咗第二日執，完全冇通知。 6/ 酒店唯一優點係水壓強，水力夠。 ”

“Perfect overnight accommodation when visiting the NEC. The room was comfortable and spacious, with kitchenette and shower room. The room had been pre-heated for me, which was lovely to arrive to. It was easy to find and I slept well. Only minor flaws are the automatic shower room light which goes on/off all the time (even when in there), and the shower room would benefit from a bit of maintenance.
