“房間很大預定時介紹2房入住時發現有3間房間可住6人,價格便宜,廚房很大各種餐具及廚具都齊全, 甚至有小包的調味料可使用! 房間面海VIEW很好,但是有點潮濕且整個客廳房間都鋪滿地毯,感覺有踩起來也有點潮濕,房間無空調但是很通風不悶熱,只是入睡時外面海浪很吵,風聲也大! 天氣好時在陽台可觀星,滿天星空很美~”

“What a wonderful week we spent in this condo! The view is fantastic! I got up for every sunrise in the morning. Many afternoons we preferred Happy Hour at the condo rather than going out. Beside the hard-to-beat view, the condo is quiet and well-equipped. The beach supplies were especially appreciated (chairs, umbrella, towels, snorkeling gear.) We hiked down the hill to the secluded SeaLodge beach several times; one time sharing the ocean with three green turtles! ”

“Kevin (the host) was very accommodating with our unique travel needs. The place was spacious, clean and provided lots of games, puzzles and beach items. Location was great, very short drive to the beach and to delicious resturants. We would definitely book this place again. ”

“Great location on top of the ocean and turtles. Nice relaxing pool and easy access to Poipu Beach. AC was great addition after a day in the sun and surf. Well appointed kitchen and gas grill right outside made it easy to cook our own dinners. In-unit laundry also made our packing list very small.”

“This condo was above and beyond our expectations. Spacious, clean, beautiful pool with waterfalls, restaurant with live band every night. But the most amazing part was watching the sunrise every morning and having the ocean steps from our balcony. So glad we chose this rental over those that were not oceanfront - worth every penny!!”

“Had a wonderful time at Sandi’s place. Communication was always clear and quick and we had every question answered as they came up. The space itself was perfect for my husband and I and we were able to cook most of our breakfasts in the room and utilize the grills for some dinners. It was also awesome to have essentially all the beach gear you needed available to use. Highly recommend for couples!”

“We have stayed in multiple Kiahuna units over the years, this one has been our favorite so far. We love that it's an end upper unit and the location of it was great. We never used the AC (though in the late afternoon could have) as we were fine with the breeze which really cools off at night. The unit had a nice selection of cooking pans and utensils, sharp knives, beach gear, etc. We would definitely stay again! ”

“We enjoyed our stay at Pono Kai A201. This is a recently remodeled two bedroom two bathroom condo. Perfect for our family of four with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The balcony overlooks the ocean as does the master bedroom. And the location of the condo is protected from the high winds in Kapaa. We appreciated the split AC units during the night. Although there aren’t any laundry machines in the unit, they are nearby in the complex.Thank you!”

“Just the right size for us 2. Clean and convenient. Stocked with every amenity needed for our stay. Beach chairs and umbrella were especially appreciated. M (manager) responded immediately to every inquiry we had. His instructions for check in and out were spot on. We stayed in Princeville several times and this is our favorite property.”

“We stayed at the property April 27 - May 3rd 2025 and found it to be exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The property was in immaculate condition and included everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We loved spending our mornings with coffee and breakfast on the lanai. What a magnificent view! The beach chairs, umbrellas, mats, boogie boards and coolers available to use made it easy to spend time at the beaches. The Cliffs resort is in a very good location - a beautiful……

“My first impression of this condo was positive and stemmed from the prompt response to all my queries from Deborah the property manager. The property was well maintained and the inside of the unit very clean. The view of the ocean was awesome. Our group included 3 adults. We wanted a quiet place to call home for the week and this condo was perfect. We enjoyed our coffee on the patio and then set out for our daily activities. Having the grocery store so close was very helpful as we arrived……
