“Walk to tunnels beach from your place, check. Walk to Napali Coast and hike, check. Stay away from the crowd with quiet, check. Great AC, great space and rooms, WiFi, and lounge area, check. There are very few places you can find this after visiting this island many times. I highly recommend, including Donna who was very reliable and a pleasure to work with. If you want a real local experience not a resort with thousands of people, I highly encourage you to stay here. ”

“Perfect layout for our stay with 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 kids under 10. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes but is pretty bare bones as far as spices/oil/etc so make sure you grab your own at the store : )”

“When we booked this stay we knew it was close to a beach and in a a more historic town in Kauai, but it exceeded our expectations. It was great for our toddler and the backyard and outdoor shower were big hits. Steps from the beach, pier, food and a market. “This house is in the perfect location. You can walk to town and walk to the beach in less than 5 mins. My family loved our stay. There was plenty of towels and everything you need to cook. All the beach equipment was amazing. We loaded up the wagon and walked to the beach for the day. The only downside was the family room upstairs gets pretty hot in the afternoon. Maybe it was just the time of year. Lovely view from the porch. If you have a large crowd make a trip to Costco for groceries because……

“This is a great home located in the heart of Princeville. Beautiful sunsets from the deck and nice North Shore Breeze is always blowing thru the house. The new pool and spa are amazing. Short walk or bikeride to all the good beaches and bars in Princeville. I would stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.”

“Wonderful resort. Great food and staff. The room smelled musty when we arrived. There were instructions posted for all the rules and to contact the property owner if there were any issues. But, there was not a contact number. There was no way to wash towels or bedding for the 4 night stay. The pillows provided were extremely heavy and hard. The provided fan did not work. We bought our own pillows and a new fan. ”

“The home was better than the photos! The kids had a blast, conveniently located, spacious, has all the amenities you need. The pool was fun and the windows in the home made everything feel so open. Like you were in your own private oasis! We had a slight issue with something in the home while we were there and they sent someone to fix it immediately. Highly recommend the home and this company who hosts the home. ”
