“跟中国的五星级酒店那是一定没有可比性，在加尔各答应该算条件不错的酒店，只是每天只有一小时免费wifi，使用酒店的付费wifi非常昂贵。酒店外观没有照片那么漂亮，外部环境也不好。”

“不知道是什麼問題，我凌晨將近2點到飯店check in結果說「房間還沒好還要等10分鐘！！！」不是很能理解房間不是應該早就準備好了才對嗎？ 服務員堅持幫我把行李送到房間，因為真的太累了也沒注意，服務員走了之後梳洗整理一下直接睡覺，早上起床要出門吃早餐才發現服務員插在卡槽上的是一張紙！我根本沒有房卡！！！後來還要下樓去櫃檯要房卡😰。很訝異這是Holiday Inn會有的服務～”

“这是来印度旅行最喜欢和安心的酒店，没有之一。服务特别好，车辆进入的时候会带防爆犬检查车辆的前机器盖和后备箱。进去酒店要安检，酒店大厅就有餐厅，每个服务人员的服务都超贴心。尤其突出的一点是，在小费国家的印度，这个酒店打扫卫生还不收小费。我们定的酒店不包早餐，酒店还送了早餐。因为是包车旅行，所以对于酒店位置并不能给出评价。太喜欢这个酒店了。”

“I hardly ever write reviews but I felt like I had to for the Raajkutir! Such an absolute gem of a hotel. Unremarkable from the outside, but once you enter the grounds are so beautiful and traditional in style, you can’t quite believe that the hustle and bustle of Kolkata is just the other side of the wall. The rooms are STUNNING, the food delicious, and the staff are falling over themselves to help you. I wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Raajkutir! ”
