“Rachal was amazing prior to & at check-in! I will continue to use this hotel, ALWAYS, moving forward when our family visits our hometown from Reynoldsburg!! I even had a chance to enjoy their hot tub & pool!!”
“Staff was friendly, room was okay, buffet breakfast option was pretty basic, but good enough (scrambled eggs, potatoes, French toast, bacon, sausages and mini finishes). Pool area was nice and big, and pool itself was a good size for the kids, but showing some signs of age. Hotel is close to a lot of food and shopping options, which makes it fairly convenient.”
“Stayed in an accessible room for my mother who uses a walker. Room was large with lots of room to move around. Only issue was the toilet was coming loose, I told the front desk so they can fix it.”

“This day was fine and comfortable. We really just used the room to sleep and didn’t even shower or anything. Wallpaper was starting to split at the seams and the remote for the TV and the sofa area wasn’t working. I hated that Expedia charged me an extra person rate we ended up only having Three people, but the hotel told me that they’ve never heard of an extra person rate. I know I won’t be going through Expedia again that’s for sure.”
