“Really cute, comfortable cabin. Clean. Decorated with a designer eye. (Only downside is the Wi-Fi wasn't really connected to the internet at the time of stay but cell signal sufficed.)”

“The property was wonderful to be right on the pond with so many amenities. The kids loved swimming all day and we were able to take the paddle boat and kayak out! It’s a beautiful and quiet pond. We loved the deck space and rocking chairs. The inside was what we expected but would have loved updated sheets, more than one towel or if the listing had said no towels we would have brought some. There were just small inconveniences that we would have planned for better had we known. The loft was……

“We loved, loved, loved our time in this cozy cottage. We roasted marshmallows at the firepit by the dock, we entertained friends with the barbecue and we never ate inside as there's a lovely dining table for six outside with beautiful lakeviews. Our host was communicative and helpful. Directions to the house were difficult for us and our friends but we figured it out. We can't wait to return and make new memories. ”

“Though it rained all weekend, we still went paddle boating. We watched the sunsets and saw rainbows over Trickey. Lastly, we were able to relax.”

“We had a great vacation on Jaybird Pond, swimming, kayaking, hiking and making family memories. Renters should know that the property does not have running water or electricity. The property managers help you figure out how to boil the pond water and use the propane lamps. If you’re willing to rough it, you can’t beat the experience of having your own pond. ”

“ This cabin is in such a great location! Steps away from the water with kayaks, floats and paddle boards provided. We even saw a bald eagle soar across the ski while floating in front of the dock! The host Braden was extremely accommodating to us and promptly answered all the questions I had. ”

“Cozy and scenic”

“Cute cabin, Not maintained. We arrived late evening to the cabin with all sheets / towels all dirty on the floor. After multiple calls, property manager texted that the cleaner did not show. A new cleaner would come the next day but there are clean sheets in the garage. The tables were sticky, the carpet dusty as if it has never been vacuumed. The lovely cleaning person arrived after lunch and took the dirty pile of sheets and made our beds, which was nice of her. After a day of swimming the……

“Me and my husband absolutely loved this cottage and the setting. Frye Island is such a cute place and we really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back. It was a 15 minute walk to the ferry and store where we got picked up for a fishing charter. The beaches on the south and west side of the island were absolutely beautiful and I wish we could have spent more time there. 1.5 baths and plenty of space, very private setting at the cottage really help us enjoy our stay.”

“Overall, the property was very nice and cozy. I only put 4 stars because a few things can be updated for a better experience. Needing a deep clean around the cabin would be beneficial, also mentioning the host being on the property/ inside the cabin while we occupied it to tend to the fire stove would have been great to know. The separation of the other 2 rooms should be clarified that they are not in the cabin. It’s the bottom of the cabin with no entrance from inside the main cabin so it feels……
